I think this book is amazing! This book which is drawn from her experiences is profoundly personal, powerful and incredible! A must read for anyone considering taking her story as their own. UN PREPARED AND NOT EXPECTING THE STORMS SHE WAS SOON TO EXPERIENCE.
AS A SINGLE PARENT WITH SMALL CHILDREN,DOING HER BEST TO MAKE ENDS MEET AND HOLD HERSELF UP IN SOCIETY.
SHE LEARNED THERE CAN BE BLESSINGS AND A CURSE IN DOING FAVORS FOR A FRIEND. LIKE SO MANY, SHE WAS PUT IN THIS PLACE OF BEING A HELPER, EVEN GOING AGAINST HER PHYSICAL CONDITION,HER WILL AND MORAL STANDARD. SHE FOUND HERSELF BEING PLAYED, DECEIVED,USED AND DEEPLY HURT BY A FALSE LOVE, GETTING INVOLVED WITH AND MARRYING A MAN IN PRISON, TAKING HER THROUGH HURTFUL CHANGES.
WE MUST COMMEND HER COURAGE AND BOLDNESS TO MAKE CORRECTIONS IN HER LIFE AND MOVE FOWARD, NOT BEING DEFEATED BY TIME LOST OR PAIN SUFFERED, AND TO ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO THINK A LITTLE HARDER BEFORE MAKING DECISIONS. TO SET BOUNDRIES AND GUIDELINES WITH A VISABLE SIGN ( WARNING DONT GO THERE) A MUST READ

I thought this book was absolutely remarkable! I found it to be a great teaching tool for many young girls who may find themselves in this same situation. This is a must read for all woman from all walks of life. Great Job Cynthia, I am looking forward to your next piece of work!

This book is simply amazing! From the opening chapter Cynthia captures your heart and attention with a raw yet drawing you into her world style. Her life experiences as written in this literary work shows the reader her ups and downs as she is drawn into lies, deception and finally peace. I recommend this book without reservation.

Very interesting read. It gave me a perspective on a lifestyle that I think is more common than we like to admit. Young ladies of all backgrounds need to read every chapter of this enlightening story before they... "go there." Thank you for the walk in your shoes, Cynthia. Your story is inspiring.
