Michael “Mike” Cohen is a neurotechnologist and brain educator who has spent nearly three decades studying how the brain works — and how to help it work better.

His path into the field began with a family crisis. His father suffered from severe, treatment-resistant depression. After medications, psychotherapy, dietary changes, and even electroconvulsive therapy failed, neurofeedback produced a dramatic shift. That experience changed the direction of Mike’s life. He left a successful high-tech career in 1996 to devote himself to advancing brain-based self-regulation technologies.
