Every four years citizens of our great nation are so fortunate to be deluged by political ads where one candidate paints themselves as hero and his/her opponent the villain, where we are told time after time that our country sucks and candidate so-and-so is the only one who can help and then one wins and one loses and one side cheers and the other spirals into a black hole
