I always knew I was different than the other kids. But I never imagined that would be the best thing that ever happened to me. I always thought fitting in was the way to go. So wrong I was. It hurt me to try fitting in. It seemed like even the people who were in didn't really wanna be.

Didn't know what an introvert was then, but I love it now. There is freedom in solitude. I get to think, decipher, strategize, and just imagine the possibilities for my life. In quiet is where I have my biggest creative outbursts--like 3am quiet when everybody else is sleeping.
