2018 Events!
Hi all! Just a quick update to let you know what events I'm doing this year at the moment!
- April 6-8th - C2E2, Chicago! -
I'm a guest at C2E2 next week! I'll be mainly at table T9 in the Artist Alley, but I'm also doing the following panels and talks:
Friday 6th April - Monster Battle Time (S403, 12:30pm)
"Three artists go head-to-head to draw YOUR monsters! With Yehudi Mercado (Sci-Fu) and Gabo (Dead of Winter)"
Friday 6th April - Girl Power Comics: Middle-Grade Fiction for Girls (and Boys) (S503, 6:45pm)
"The creators behind some of your favorite middle-grade graphic fiction discuss making stories with strong, positive female characters, and the importance of overcoming the lingering perception that comics are only for boys. Moderated by comics journalist, Brigid Alverson (School Library’s Good Comics for Kids, CBR), this panel features: Raina Telgemeier (Smile, Ghosts), Sarah Graley (Kim Reaper), Yehudi Mercado (Sci-Fu), Gale Galligan (The Baby-Sitters Club Graphix), Leila del Duca (Sleepless) and Eric Kallenborn (365 Graphic Novel Reviews)."
Sunday 8th April - Rick and Morty Live Draw (S401, 1:30pm)
"Did you know there's a Rick and Morty comic book series from Oni Press?! Well, there's actually four, if you count the miniseries, and they're all awesome! Join Rick and Morty comic creators Kyle Starks (Rick and Morty writer and occasional artist), Tini Howard (Rick and Morty: Pocket Like You Stole It writer), Sarah Graley (Rick and Morty: Lil' Poopy Superstar writer and artist) as they narrate and draw a brand-new, improvised Rick and Morty story right before your eyes! Wubba lubba dub dub!"
Looking forward to this event! We've never been to Chicago before and we're excited!

My first UK show of the year!
- 12-13th May - Toronto Comic Arts Festival -
My first Canadian show ever!
- 25-27th May - MCM London -
My first London convention of the year!
- 22nd-23rd May - Thought Bubble, Leeds -
I'm a guest at this event!
I'll have more about each event nearer the time! It's going to be a really busy year!
