With a background in engineering and technology, Taimour has spent much of his professional life thinking about systems: how they are built, how they fail, and how they change the lives around them.

His fiction follows the same preoccupation. The Day Satoshi Returned examines what happens when a cryptographic identity returns after a decade of silence, and nine billion people have to decide what it means.

The High Glucose Diet turns the same lens on a smaller, more intimate system: the machinery of persuasion that makes a constructed argument indistinguishable from a true one, and what happens when the person running the machine can no longer tell the difference either.
