I had a lot of recipes that didn't make the first book (The Migraine Relief Plan) as we didn't want that book to be overwhelming to people and it was already packed full of lifestyle information. The new book is crowd-sourced in the sense that I developed recipes in response to a reader survey, I had 40 recipe testers in 6 countries review the recipes, the recipes are simpler in terms of ingredients, and the front section is quotes from an interview series I'm doing called The Resilience Series.(less)
