P.J. Thorneijk is a Dutch dyslexic writer, who writes gothic-leaning supernatural horror, drawn to quiet settings where unease builds slowly and nothing is ever entirely as it seems. When not writing, they can be found with a book in hand, a dog at their side, a half-finished embroidery project nearby, or immersed in a game that values story over speed.

Instructions for Leaving the Lighthouse is their debut novel.

Expected another kind of feminine rage (mostly because you do tend to see one specific sort of feminine rage in media) but did really enjoy the book.
