Alex Thayer has worked in the tech industry for more than twenty years. During that time, he has written thousands of emails, survived multiple reorgs, and consumed an inadvisable amount of microkitchen snacks.

Low Hanging Fruit, his debut novel, is a workplace comedy drawn from the absurd, intense, and occasionally soul-crushing reality of modern corporate life. It is the first book in the At the End of the Day series.

Alex has spent years in the tech industry studying how people work with technology. He holds a PhD in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington. He lives in California and is currently in a meeting.

Back to writing!

I spent a few hours today going over my chapter outlines for books 2, 3, and 4. Right now, my plan is to write 6 books in the "At the End of the Day" series, though I suppose there could be additional books someday too. No promises, but no logic for a total of 6, either.
