Catherine is a psychotherapist, writer, artist and storyteller whose work brings a compassionate, nature rooted and embodied perspective to questions of healing, loss and belonging. Her work is about creating spaces where stories can be heard and deeply human experiences have somewhere to belong.

She is the host of ‘The Late Discovered Club’, the number one ranked podcast for late-identified autistic women, as well as the NHS-funded ‘Autism Central’ podcast.
