Rod Cuthbert is Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Viator, the leading seller of vacation activities, tours, and sightseeing; and CEO of Rome2rio, an online travel company specializing in door-to-door travel search. He has been in the travel industry since 1995, is a frequent speaker at industry events and an advisor to a number of online travel companies. He is a native of Tasmania who now divides his time between San Francisco and Melbourne.

Rod enjoys giving travel advice to his three sons, who ignore all of it, and to his five year old granddaughter, who follows his suggestions to the letter.
