Audio Versions of Dormiveglia
Hi everyone
I thought I'd write a quick blog about the importance of creating audio versions of my books. I am legally blind eye, I have a little bit of useful vision but I Anno longer read printed text, not even large print.
I have always loved to read and losing the ability to read book was one of the hardest things to come to terms with. It took me over a year to get used to Reading books by listening to audio books but I'm so thankful for them now.
However did you know that there's often a a huge wait for books to be recorded? And many books are never recorded.
That's why I have recorded myself reading all the poems in Dormiveglia so that the book is completely accessible to everyone even if they can't access print media - as I can't.
So.... If you are visually impaired or struggle with reading printed text then please contact me and I'll happily give you access to the audio description of my book at no cost.
I am also happy to provide access to the audio if you've bought the book and would like to hear it read.
