Poet, tinker, soldier, sailor is the best description for Jack Hammersley. Born in Australia, he is a proud father, freelance journalist, poet and adventurer in life who enjoys writing about his experiences and helping others by passing them on.

At the age of three Jack packed his bags and left Sydney to live with his family in Ireland. On leaving high school he was accepted to read Law at Trinity College Dublin but decided to head out into the world and take his chances with the winds of fortune.
