Katherine Snedaker, LCSW, is a psychotherapist specializing in ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity. She is also the founder of PINK Concussions, a nonprofit focused on women and girls with brain injuries. After being diagnosed with ADHD in her mid-30s, she discovered the original 128 Questions in the 2005 book Delivered from Distraction by Dr. Ned Hallowell and Dr. John Ratey. Twenty years later, she updated these powerful questions for a new generation in this beginner-friendly workbook, co-authored with Dr. Hallowell.
