P. Hirson

Hi P.,
I wanted to reach out personally rather than post this anywhere public. My new book, Drunk Without Wine, just came out — it's a memoir built around the idea that real self-defense, carried all the way through, isn't about fists at all. It's about the fight with anxiety, avoidance, and the locks that keep running long after whatever built them is gone.
If you'd be up for reading it, I'd love your honest take — good, bad, or mixed, whatever's true for you. If you don't already have a copy, I'm happy to send you the EPUB or PDF directly. The only thing I'd ask, if you do write a review on Amazon or Goodreads, is to mention that you got the copy from me — that's just how the platforms require it to stay legitimate.
No pressure and no deadline — genuinely just curious what you'll make of it.

Dear P. Hirson,

Thank you for connecting with me here on Goodreads.

I noticed your work explores profound themes — human consciousness, internal conflict, ethics, and the journey toward inner transformation. These topics resonate deeply with my own focus on presence, awareness, and realistic self-defense, both on and off the mat (and in books like Drunk Without Wine and Vanishing Point).

It is always a privilege to connect with a fellow author who views writing as a tool for deeper reflection and human connection. I look forward to following your literary journey and exploring your Beyond War series.

Warm regards,

Sensei Max

“A Fight For Survival In The World’s Deadliest Sea Corridor ”
This is a gripping military thriller set in the heart of a global crisis, where forty commercial vessels find themselves trapped in the world’s most dangerous chokepoint-One narrow corridor : The Strait of Hormuz – The Deadliest Sea Lane on Earth as tensions erupt into open conflict. With advanced surveillance systems compromised and hostile forces closing in, survival becomes a matter of precision, courage, and unbreakable resolve.
At the centre of this high-stakes operation stands Captain Rajiv Mehta, whose bold and unprecedented decision to lead a silent convoy through the darkness of uncertainty sets the course for what will become a historic mission. As naval command takes control under Captain Arjun Rathore, the operation transforms into a coordinated military strategy where every movement is calculated, every signal matters, and every mistake could trigger catastrophic consequences.
Blending real-world geopolitics, naval warfare tactics, and economic stakes, this novel goes beyond action—it explores the fragile balance that sustains global stability. From radar evasion and electronic silence to coordinated convoy defence, the narrative delivers an authentic and immersive experience of modern maritime conflict.
But this is more than a story of war. It is a tribute to those who lead in silence, who make impossible decisions under pressure, and who risk everything not for glory, but for humanity. As the world watches from a distance, a few stand at the edge of chaos—ensuring that the flow of life, trade, and hope continues.
Fast-paced, cinematic, and deeply thought-provoking, this novel will keep you on edge until the very last page. A heart-pounding naval thriller inspired by war history. From the author who believes in peace. THE STRAIT OF HORMUZ: THE WARZONE – MISSION 40 : A gripping tale of courage, strategy, and sacrifice that reminds us: War is not strength. It is the failure of leadership and diplomacy.

Book Description

"Beyond War (Vol.III): The Battlefield Orphan: The Deadliest War"

A Story of Love, War, Soul, Loss, and the Fight for Peace

A war that destroyed nations.

A love that refused to die.

A sacrifice that questioned humanity itself.

This is not just a novel.

This is the soul of a broken world.

Set against the burning landscape of World War II, this powerful and deeply emotional novel follows

the lives of Captain Adrek Valkar, a fearless ground-force commander, and Pilot Captain Nyx Vortana

an elite fighter pilot-husband and wife, warriors and lovers, bound by duty, courage, and an unshakable belief in humanity.

It was a war for the soul, a fight for the nation-where sacrifice was the only path to honor.

From peaceful villages full of laughter to battlefields soaked in blood and ash, their journey exposes the true cost of war-not just in soldiers lost, but in shattered families, orphaned children, silenced birds, burning forests, and a wounded earth struggling to breathe.

As the world collapses into chaos, Adrek and Nyx rise as legends on land and in the sky-leading brutal operations, surviving dogfights, and witnessing horrors that scar the mind forever. Yet beneath their uniforms beat human hearts-hearts that question orders, mourn the innocent, and ache for peace in a world addicted to violence.

When fate turns cruel and captivity replaces command, their final stand becomes more than survival

it becomes a message to the world.

A message that war is not glory.

It is slaughter.

Of humans.

Of humanity.

Of animals, birds, nature, thought, future, and the earth itself.

Written with cinematic intensity, philosophical depth, and raw emotional power, this novel is a tribut to every warrior who fought not for hatred, but for protection; to every orphan left behind; and to

every voice that still dares to say:

Stop the war. Choose peace. We are all children of the same earth.

If you believe stories can change hearts...

If you believe love is stronger than violence...

If you believe humanity is worth saving...

This book is for you.
