The Kremlin Phoenix - Preview

Hi all,

Here is a sneak peak at my new book, due to launch in December 2013:

THE KREMLIN PHOENIX

In the 21st century, Craig Balard, a young New York lawyer, is unwittingly swept up in a conspiracy of global proportions that threatens to trigger the fall of the West and the rise of a new totalitarian world order.

Hunted by agents of the international conspiracy, Craig encounters a mysterious woman who knows his every step – before he makes it – and who intervenes to keep him alive for her own purposes.

He discovers she is a hologram, transmitted back in time from the late 23rd century, where a small group of survivors of a cataclysmic war are trying to use him to change their past in order to save mankind’s future.

Under her guidance, Craig becomes the fulcrum of time, where his every move triggers changes in the timeline that will either save humanity, or guarantee its extinction.

Paperback Length: 330 pages
ISBN (ebook): 978-0-9874347-6-0

Mapped Space lands 5 Book Deal in China

I am delighted to announce that this week, I signed a major 5 book translation and mass market distribution deal with a national publisher in China. The deal includes all 5 of the Mapped Space titles:

The Mothership
The Mothersea
The Antaran Codex
In Earth's Service
The Riven Stars

All of these titles have received impressive reviews, feature cover art by renowned UK artist Tom Edwards, and were proofed and edited by my amazing wife Elenor.

The deal is with the Beijing Institute of Technology Press Co. Ltd, a well respected publisher of quality non fiction and fiction who have released more than 3,000 titles throughout mainland China.

The deal was brokered by Cherry Zhou of Rightol Media Limited, a leading foreign rights agency based in Chengdu, the cultural capital of southern China. Rightol are responsible for approximately 8% of foreign translations into China and have relationships with 95% of Chinese publishers.

The Chinese language paperback editions of the Mapped Space Universe books will be released in mainland China over the next twelve to eighteen months.
