Tracy McConnell is a memoirist, mother, trauma survivor, and advocate for healing after emotional abuse. After surviving a life-altering accident and years of living behind silence, she began writing not to tell a story of perfect recovery, but to tell the truth about what it takes to find yourself again.

Her debut memoir, *Surviving Silence: Peace Was Never Meant to Be Silent*, explores trauma, codependency, motherhood, faith, betrayal, and the slow, often messy process of healing. Tracy writes with honesty about both the pain she endured and the mistakes she made, believing that healing begins when we have the courage to face our stories with compassion instead of shame.
