Derek Notman is a father, husband, and co-author of REBL Dad: What 100+ Fathers Reveal About Successful Leadership at Home and at Work — a book featuring a foreword by Sir Richard Branson.

Adam Holt to interview more than 100 dads across industries, income levels, and family structures. What they discovered transformed their own approach to fatherhood — and became the foundation of REBL Dad.

REBL stands for Responsible, Entrepreneur, Balanced, and Leader — the four pillars that the most fulfilled fathers in their research had in common. It's not a book about being a perfect parent. It's about being a real one.
