Two thousand two hundred and sixty eight words yesterday. I guess that meeting my characters had with me about slowing down on my writing has straightened me out. I'm sure they will expect the same tomorrow.
They have actually grounded me from television, not much of a loss really, until I finish this book. Excuse me a sec... Huh?

Well, I knocked out 1,487 words on Power of the Cross today. May not seem like much to some, but I did about four hours of research on the geography, culture and history of Israel in 1200-1299 AD. Learned a lot and hopefully it will give the novel more authenticity. By the end of May, I hope to have close to 110,000 words. This should be enough to tell the full tale. However, it is not I that decide the length of my novels. My characters determine that. It is their story.
