Conocerme.
< Tienes que conocerte lo suficientemente.
< Tienes que conocer tus debilidades y tus puntos fuertes
.
< Tus objetivos y oportunidades.
Valorarme
< Debes amarte a ti mismo.
< Lo que piensas importa.
< Dales a tus decisiones correctas la importancia que merecen.
< Tus cualidades son prioridad.
< Aprueba tu personalidad.
< Deja de compararte.
< Aprende a decir "NO".
< Ríe
¿Como puedo valorame?...
Regularme
< Competencia para identificar mis propias emociones de forma especifica.
< Competencia para identificar las emociones de los demás acertadamente.
< La capacidad de comenzar y perseverar para alcanzar metas u objetivos a pesar de sentir frustración.

Choose "Online store" and copy this link into the URL box:

Click "enter".
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it...this is a SHORT STORY and it should be free. :)
Best, Ana.

The Madness of the Stars!
I wrote another short story! The Madness of the Stars.
It's set to release this month, but I don't have a date yet.
A SHORT story.I have some other news, too. The Bittersweet is going to be available for sale on Apple, B&N and Kobo! So check it out; it's free! The Madness of the Stars will be free as well, but for a short time.
Rayne and Savannah woke up in the hospital with no recollection of who they are. Taken in by the people who claim to be their family, Sav and Rayne move back to their hometown to jog their memories. But everything seems strange once they arrive.
Although everyone else seems to remember what the girls can’t, Rayne can’t help but notice that the stories don’t match up. And when she digs deeper into her history, it’s as if she and Savannah never existed. Rayne knows something is wrong, especially when her own mind is turning against her and making her see things that aren’t there and hear things when she's all alone. Rayne may hold a special power inside of her, but at what cost?
Magic or madness?
I'm also going to try to make an anthology of all three books, called This Mad World. No cover yet, but I'll keep you posted on twitter. It will include: The Bittersweet, The Madness of the Stars and Exist. Three stories about three different girls, all crazy. The Bittersweet and Exist are connected and all three books are different (ish) genres. The Bittersweet is Science Fiction, The Madness of the Stars is Fantasy and Exist is Paranormal Fiction.
Thanks! Hope you enjoy!

The Bittersweet and other musings
I wrote a short story, set to be published on May 20, 2013. It's VERY SHORT but it will be free.
Mara longs to escape the harsh city she grew up in. Plagued by disease and death, New York City was the last to fall to the war against Human Nature. Mara and her sick, crippled mother seek refuge in solitude, out of the city. But there are crazed groups of violent gangs and religious cults just as harsh, perhaps even worse than the gangs. This is not, however, the project I was referring to on Twitter.
I plan on writing 2 novellas and one-three short story(ies) a year and I am super-excited to announce my new project after Corpse Garden is released. :) Thank you!

Inspiration: 10 Ways How to Get It
Inspiration hits you when you least expect it. You can find it everywhere: in people, place, history, events, your life. Everywhere. It starts out as a tiny thought and grows into a big though; before you know it you have a plot. But right now, I want to talk about seeking inspiration.
So here are some inspirational exercises that could help YOU get inspired and finally get that plot done!
1. Be creepy.Spy, evesdrop and take lots of pictures. Personally, I just snap shots without looking at them or deleting them, then go back a day later to review them. Pictures can be very revealing. Evesdropping can be fun, and you can make dialogue in your writing much more realistic.
2. Prompts
Prompts can be fun to use! You can write flash-fiction and post them on your blog, or on a website like figment.com! They have daily prompts as well as a way to post them, and a writing community!
3. Contests/ChallengesContests like NaNoWriMo are a great for writing, because again, you have that online community and support with a nice goal! 750words is also an excellent website. You write 750 words every day.
4. Read and Watch TV/Movies
What better place to find inspiration that the media? I've been inspired by just quotes, scenes and concepts from TV and books. It's interesting and fun at the same time. It also gives you a new way to look at that movie you love; try and pick out the best parts of that movie and write about it.
5. Keep a Journal
This is one of the easiest ways to improve your writing and get inspiration. Whether it's a journal on writing or your life, you can look back on it later and build on it.
6. Roleplay
This may sound off-putting to some of you, but it's a great character-building strategy. Role-play on websites like figment.com and interact with other writers!
7. Learn History!
By reading or taking a class! History is a great source of inspiration because it was all one big soap-opera! Take plots from it, problems, even use a different era for your book.
8. Dreams
Keep a dream journal and write down your dreams as soon as you wake. Sometimes you can look back at it and get an idea. Mary Shelley wrote Frankenstein from a dream and a bet.
9. What if....
Fill in the blank. This is the way I come up with most of my ideas!
10. Stalk Pinterest, Tumblr, Blogger, etc
Follow blogs/boards that you like. You may find something hilarious on Tumblr, and something very deep on Pinterest.

A "Game Plan" of Sorts
So I haven't exactly been clear on a few things, so let's get them straightened out right now. Okay? Cool. So the main thing I want to address, of course, is my book.
A Blood Red Sky is a prequel trilogy for my main book, Days After Daybreak. A Blood Red Sky consists of three novellas, each following a different character. Corpse Garden follows Juliette the slave. Ice Palace follows Curyn, a privileged girl with a dark past. The third book, untitled, follows both girls on their quest for revolution.
Days After Daybreak takes place twenty years after the revolution. It is a full book and it will be released Summer 2014.
A Blood Red Sky will be coming out in three parts, for the three different novellas. Corpse Garden is the first and it will be free but released to e-readers only. Once all of the parts are published, A Blood Red Sky will be available as a full book in paperback and on e-reader devices.
So I hope that clears a few things up, but of course, I would love to answer any questions on the "Contact Me" page. Thanks!
Hugs,
Ana
