Kate Spooner is the author of the domestic thriller Sleep While They Sleep. Under her cozier alter-ego, Kate Lansing, she writes the award-winning Colorado Wine Mystery Series. Her love of mysteries began when she first read From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler and has grown from there. Kate lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband, daughter, and two mischievous kitties.
