Melissa Anderson was born in Kentucky, the oldest of five children. Living in a very poor Eastern Kentucky family, she found escape through the world of books. Over the years Melissa has been honored many times with mention in Who's Who of American Woman, Who's Who of Industry and Finance, 2000 Most Influential Woman of 2000, Who's Who of Intellectuals, Placed in the Woman's Hall of Fame as well as Nominated for an International Peace Prize. She holds a degree is Psychology from Colorado State University . High Priestess of Circle of Ancient Sisters, Temple of Ma'at, member Fellowship of Isis and several other traditions for over 30 years.
