Misty Dawn is a mother, a Mimi, a creator, and the author of Still Here: Letters on Suicide Loss, Trauma, and Choosing to Stay.

Still Here by Misty Dawn
“Staying did not always look brave. Sometimes it looked like lying in bed and doing nothing except not dying. Sometimes it looked like feeding my kids when I had nothing left in me. Sometimes it looked like being angry enough to keep breathing.”
