John holds two Jesuit degrees, one from the University of Scranton, a BA in communication with a minor in theology and the second, a Master of Science degree from Saint Joseph’s University in organizational development and training. He is always pushing against the status quo and the “standard way of thinking” and he is happy to admit this approach has its origins in his Jesuit education. He is passionate about teaching and helping others grow, has a scholarship for learning and writing, and loves to make things happen as an “executor of ideas.” John will complete his PhD in the Fall of 2013 from Capella University in organizational management and leadership. John has seen first-hand the stress individuals’ have gone through in organizations as a result of “outdated” leadership models, and as as result founded HODT, Inc. in 2007 while in graduate school.

HODT, Inc. has continued to gain innovative ideas in the start-up years mainly (2007-2012) and even to the present, is building a vast library of training, educational, and media platforms. The company is moving fast from its start-up formation and by October of 2013, John is going to guide the company to profitability by using a unique model of organizational development, coupled with our established media platforms (see below) to help individuals’ “actualize their personal vision of success inside and outside the corporate world.”

John has fostered a company environment which welcomes a collaborative approach where people build on experience, expertise, and strength based ideas. This collaborative model is what makes us unique and is central to HODT, Inc’s vision. As a result of this “collaboration” model John has fostered, the results can be found in any of our eBook products and services we provide. John is also founder of Quincentennial Publishing Company (2010), a unique provider of business eBook content, and Green Oak Press (2012), an eBook company (at the moment) which focuses on “books with a cause.” ...more
