Facebook Marketing … it is all the craze, but it you don’t know how to engage your fans … it is a vacuum that will steal your cash.

Today’s quick tip focuses on posting, specifically what and when.  Facebook’s current algorithms reward engagement, meaning likes, comments or shares.  The more you get the more people that will see your post. If you have 1000 fans and you post something that doesn’t get a like, comment or a share very few people will see your post, sometimes as few as a dozen.  But if you are great at posting something that engages your fans to like, comment or share then you will get a far greater reach for your post … I average about 70% of my fans seeing my posts, but that is off the charts.  Most get 20-30%.  So when posting be choosy an pick things that will illicit a response of some sort.  Questions with a one word answer are the best.

Want to get a pay raise? I thought that might be your answer. I rarely find anyone who answers that question with anything other than “YES!” Even though everyone wants a pay raise, few people really know how. In this video, Cory reveals the easiest way to get a pay raise and what you need to do in order to continue earning your worth.

Most of you know I talk quite a lot about failure.  I embrace it, yet this message really resonates.  Often rather than admit our own mistakes we begin to blame others or worse yet quite trying.  Don’t be a poor sport.  Dig Deep … and Be Strong!  Imagine how boring life would be if there were never and disappointments or trials.  You can’t fully appreciate the good times, unless you have experienced the bad times.
