I'm the MD of an optical company, working with a great bunch of people and loving what I do. Writing is my main hobby and I try to devote as much time as possible to it at the weekends (kids permitting!).
I aim to keep my writing as natural and free-flowing as possible, always keeping to my own style or 'voice'.
Authenticity of characters and surroundings are of paramount importance to me and, in my first completed novel - Rounder's People - the contemporary setting meant that this resulted in a fair bit of somewhat "colourful" dialogue (so be warned!) ...more
