Cristiano was born in Italy and raised in Parma, Emilia-Romagna. His journey began on the football field at the age of four, when he was playing underage. At ten, he was recruited into the Youth Academy of Parma Football Club, with dreams of one day playing in Serie A—a dream that never materialized. From eighteen to twenty-four, he played semi-professionally while working as a leather belt manufacturer in a company “Made in Italy.” Over time, he watched his passion fade and felt increasingly confined by the life he had built around him.

In 2018, trusting his intuition despite others saying he had "lost his mind," Cristiano left for Australia, seeking adventure and reconnection with himself. Melbourne became his new home, where he reinvented Cristiano was born in Italy and raised in Parma, Emilia-Romagna. His journey began on the football field at the age of four, when he was playing underage. Melbourne became his new home, where he reinvented himself as a personal trainer in late 2021. Over four years, he helped clients achieve incredible body transformations, specializing in coaching for photoshoots and bodybuilding competitions. He always valued those who were self-driven and committed to the process.

After a challenging year of inner doubts and struggles with self-esteem, Cristiano felt called to the Peruvian jungle in November 2024 to work with Ayahuasca. This profound experience transformed his understanding of truth and purpose. In January 2025, he made another bold decision—leaving his personal training career and Australia behind to travel while writing his book about his journey with plant medicine.

Through his writing, he shares how becoming familiar with our shadows leads to spiritual liberation and how we can all rediscover our most authentic selves through honesty and self-expression. Today, his work has expanded beyond the written word. As a tantric practitioner and massage therapist, he works primarily with women through somatic practices that support emotional release, embodiment, and deeper self-awareness.
