I swear, i've had a note to myself to do a blog post for a month. And then my house got infested with fleas and I traveled to the Midwest for a week and now the summer is almost over. For anyone who has posted a review on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, or Goodreads, thanks! It's been great to see people respond to the first two books and I'm looking forward to getting the third book out in late September/Early October.

Work on the fourth book is also coming along nicely and I've started roughing out the fifth book. A couple of folks have asked me how long this series is going to be. The answer: seven or eight books. I have a clear idea of the overall story arc but the details can be time consuming and I want to make sure things tie together. Parts of Books 5 and 6 already exist.

Anyway, that's my post for today. I hope everyone is enjoying the last days of summer. (And fall is my favorite season, anyhow.)
