I have an undergraduate degree in Physics from the University of the West Indies and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Counselling and Human Resources Management from the Caribbean Nazarene College. Currently, I am the Strategy Coordinator at the El Socorro Church of the Nazarene and the Operations Manager for a civil engineering consultancy. I served as youth ministry leader for five years and represented my country at the regional level. For 3 years I was a facilitator for the annual Barbados Youth Leadership Retreat (2009-2011).
