My Queen has come home

Last summer I fell for the temptation to try and let an American publisher market my book.
I paid more than 300 dollars for the experience.
It was a waste of good money.
I recently received my royalty statement from the publisher. It came to 33 dollars and a few cents.
Now, the rights to my royal novel QUEEN OF DECEPTION has come back to me.
Hooray!

Trine Villemann My new novel "Queen of Deception" will be released on October 24th 2013 on Amazon, Smashwords and other e-bookstores.
"Queen of Deception" tells the story of a Queen of a small northern country. She is lying on her death bed thinking back over her life and her reign.
It has all been an illusion - a fairytale created to please her people. The Queen's marriage to the Italian Duke Alfonso was violent and volatile. The son and heir it produced, Crown Prince Franz, is a sensitive young man, who is lucky enough to find real love, but then loses it again, because he is not strong enough to fight the tradition into which he has been born.
And then, of course, there is the ambitious Crown Princess Vicki - a main street girl, who has turned herself into the perfect princess.
The story takes place in the final days before a referendum on the succession of this small country's monarchy. The Queen is dying and Franz learns of a secret, which will change his life forever.
The novel was first in Danish and received much critical acclaim.
