Hi everyone, oops, almost two months since my last blog post. Well, here goes. Since my last post, I've reinvigorated my neglected You Tube channel, I've had it since 2013, but only in the last few weeks, have I begun to focus on it as another platform to interact with people & promote my books etc.
It makes absolute sense to engage potential readers on there & show my books, covers, read some blurbs etc. As always, across my social media platforms, I strive to mix my content. This is the link for my channel.

Hi everyone, just a quick update on what I'm doing. I've about nine works in progress across different genres. I do teach full time & that quite rightly, takes priority, I write around that.
I'm busy with a horror/mystery/suspense tale for submission to an upcoming anthology. I also want to then focus on another horror tale for another anthology which has a deadline of early December.

Hi everyone, well, wonders will never cease. Anther blog post , why I'm almost becoming consistent! LOL
Just to say that I'm pleased & proud to have a piece of #Fantasy #Flash #Fiction included in two anthologies published recently. from #SeriousFlashFiction on Twitter.
It was an interesting prompt on their Twitter page. To post a piece using up to the maximum limit of characters allowed on that platform.
I won an award as Action Hero for my piece.
My piece is in the ten year anniversay anthology & also for this year of 2024!

Hi everyone, oops I've done it again. Almost a year since my appearance on this blog. What's the excuse this time you ask?
Coughs....life, work, the usual.
Well, anyway, I'm here. I have actually done some writing for much of this year on criminally neglected works in progress. They're across a mix of genres-erotic, horror, mystery, suspence & fantasy.

Hi everyone, well that's the theory (see the title of this current blog post!)
I hope friends & followers are keeping okay?
The rollercoaster of life has meant that my writing has been scandalously neglected, because of a focus on health & my teaching work. The latter is crucial in helping to pay the bills etc. I've only recently discovered that I can access my Amazon book sales reports again after several years of zero visibility!
I've started to become more active on previously virtually abandoned social media platforms, including here on Goodreads. I'm also frequenting Linkedin daily now.
As for writing?

Hi everyone a shameful absence of almost two months, what is my excuse? Well, domestic upheaval, the quest for more teaching work as always, I place before you as reasons.

I have finished one of my WIPs, done the editing now to prepare for publication with my cover already sourced. I will be doing a reveal of the cover on social media, before it is released live.

Hi everyone, oops, I've done it again haven't I? Starting to neglect my blog & my readers.
Teachng:
In truth I am a little more busy with the teaching work, not enough of course, never enough, but it is occupying me more than a few weeks ago.
Writing:
I must get back to some writing & look ahead to the Spring when I want at least two more books out!
Plans:
I have other more ambitious publishing plans for the Summer, but as ever we will see what transpires.

Hi everyone, well not such a long gap since my last blog post.
I did manage t craft 99 words on one of my current erotic WIPS. I am also embarking on a BDSM tale, but still may need to re-write the intro for that. I am also feeling in a slightly better frame of mind. After the trauma of my separation, the last couple of months have taken a heavy toll mentally & physically, but I am resilient.
Work:
I am still desperately searching for more teaching work but I hope things will pick up soon & I can then focus on the writing with less concerns.

Hi everyone, oops slacking again, 13 days since my last post on here.
Well, I have managed some days of productive writing, last week 303 & 335 words on a current erotica WIP
