Anthony, I have heard you joke about ineptitude with social media due to age ... well, I'm under 40 and just found this section of my page. You're quite a character! Thanks for friending. -Kris
How it started.A.G.
Yes, I was 84 when 'Who's Killing All The Lawyers,' the first book of the series was published by Savant Books and Publications, Hawaii. I worked through years of rejections by various agents and publishers. I started a second book. Years passed. Finally, book five was finished. The five books I now call ‘Koski and Falk books,’ staring Susan Koski and Joseph Falk as the protagonists in each story. They work for an American black ops group, and travel the world on assignment. Both Koski and Falk carry out their assignments similar to the SOE agents I met in Vienna after World War 2 ended, and the Cold War began. SOE is Special Operations Executive, a British agency set up during the war to parachute (drop) operators into occupied France to organize and supply French Underground workers against the Nazi invaders. Several of my unit was taught various methods of SOE procedures. Among them, being trained to hunt down Nazis attempting escape by pretending to be civilians in Austria. This included patrolling the countryside on skis, and working and walking the streets of Vienna. Koski and Falk are based on the man and woman who were our instructors.
I will always remember them.
A.G.Hayes.
