We’re sisters and best friends and we wrote TUKIE TALES™ together. After we grew up, we had families of our own. We watched the daily news and saw terrible things happening around the world and it was very distressing to both of us. It was very sad to see the way people bullied and treated each other and we realized it was harming so many people. We talked about it and decided that we had to try to do something to help. We really didn’t know what to do or how we could do it; we just knew we had to do something. We want all children to be safe, to have honest values, and care about the world we live in.

What happened to that innocent child affected us so much that we had to do something to help people in situations that occur around the world. It has taken us until now to complete the stories and get them ready to publish. We want all children to be safe, to have honest values, and care about the world. Teaching positive life skills to children is the answer. We want to be part of the solution. Our series is dedicated to all children.(less)

“This life is for loving, sharing, learning, smiling, caring, forgiving, laughing, hugging, helping, dancing, wondering, healing, and even more loving. I choose to live life this way. I want to live my life in such a way that when I get out of bed in the morning, the devil says, 'aw shit, he's up!”
