Loner.
Grew up mostly on a hill farm estate. Walking the damp wind blasted moors and the steep deep wooded valleys of the Pennine mountains north east of Lancaster in the UK. According to modern maps this is the most under-served by roads and under-populated area of the whole of England.

Born a Lancastrian, one step too far would take me into Yorkshire. To the Haworths, not Howarths (probably Hungarian weavers, Hovarts), the land of the Brontes and, as my father and mother might say, "other bad people".
