My fiance’ and I moved into a new apartment. I really like it here and compared to my old place it’s definitely a lot calmer and better suited for my personality.

Our chicken enchilada recipe has been raved about for years by our family and friends. Handed down from family, this is a tweaked version of chicken enchiladas with a creamy white sauce.
