I'm Back!
Hey Guys,
I know its been a while since I've done author stuff....*blows out a breath* yeah, its been pretty hectic. I promise I will explain all the reasons why I took such a long Hiatus. I will also go into what I have planned next. Boy, do I have plans. haa haa
I guess I'll start with why I stopped posting as an author (because I definitely have been still posting reviews and stuff). So, basically, as you all know I was going to publish a book back around 2016. It was called Feathers of Fire. However, right around that time I discovered a book that was very similar to my idea, after I posted some pre release quotes, summary, and teasers.
I can't even find the book that sent me down a rabbit hole of should I publish it or not.
So, I decided to NOT publish Feathers of Fire. That's right guys. It was a very painful decision, but I didn't want any copyright issues and I didn't want to start any hoopla. So, I just put it in the writing cave's shelf and knew that it will always be one of my babies.
The thing is, I wasn't even too upset because I wanted the next book that I published to be very unique and to be better than my previous books. My goal being to grow with my writing with each book that I published.
So, I went to work. I took story building classes, I focused on school, and I really took the time to refine my craft. After all I LOVE to write. Its my passion. However, I NEVER stopped writing! I wrote everywhere I went. When I was taking breaks in between classes. Any free time I got. During car rides. Yeah, all of my ideas went on backs of receipts, notebooks, and journals.
I had been just waiting for the right time to really be able to focus on my writing and for my writing to really mature. It is now 2022 going on to 2023 and it feels as if my writing has hit the next level. I do feel like I have grown so much in my writing since Luna's Heart's release in 2013 (yeah, its about to be 10 years guys!).
This means, that I am finally planning to start releasing some of those Ideas that I've spent so long cultivating. In fact, I have a book that I'd like to release in late 2023! :) I am very excited because its something that I have been working on FOREVER and I can't wait to share it with you all. Especially, those of you have been following my journey since 2013.
So yeah, I have that book coming up along with a maybe a refreshed edition of Luna's Heart and perhaps a sequel? Maybe even a Contemporary Romance? But for now... Keep your eyes open for my upcoming book series (untitled). It will be a series haahaa. So far around 3-4 books.

Phoenix Feathers book 1

So I am finishing up with writing my new series called, the Phoenix Feathers series. It has nothing to do with the Nymph's Heart series and is a series on phoenix's.
I had planned to have Luna's Heart's second book out this year, but I really got into this series while I was Writing the sequel to Luna's Heart. Yes, I will continue the Heart Nymph series soon after I publish this book (still untitled).
Basically, here's a tiny backstory on how Phoenix Feathers came to be. I was writing the sequel to Luna's Heart when I suddenly had an idea that I had to write down. That idea grew into a bunch of chapters.
So long story short! I will be finishing this bad boy up before I re-start on Luna's second book. Though, I can say that I am truly, super excited to release this book because...I LOVE IT! I know sounds biased. But it really is really good, in my eyes. Yep, still sounds biased.
Hopefully you guys will like it too. As for a release date, I don't know. I've got school, among other things to think about right now, but as soon as I get an exact date, I'll post it! And I'm thinking sometime this winter though. Maybe.
No promises, but I will get this one done! So fingers crossed and please spread the word! I can't do this alone!

Hey everyone!!! I need some major help! Luna's Heart has been up for about three and a half months and it still hasn't gotten many reviews. Ehem two to be exact. My first Book Signing!

Need some help!
