Talking to the Air.

I just completed book #7 and will soon add it to my other books on the Kindle Select program. Someday I may even add my two childrens books that I never had published. I think I've found a way to put my books out to the public without having to spend all my time marketing and promoting. That part of the book world is not my cup of tea. Far from it, I think I would have given up on writing another book if the e-world had not opened up. I much prefer to spend my time writing than promoting. Of course, I could always hire somebody to do that, or, find other innovative methods that many authors have to let readers know about their books. I admire them for it but I'm sure they would also like to spend their time writing and not promoting. I am definitely flawed on my computer skills and I'm learning how important that is to selling books. In todays world the author has to do so much on their own. My books are on Amazon and Kindle. I am placing them on Kindle free for a while in order to let the reader decide whether they like my work enough to pay only $2.99 to read my other e-books. My book,"Lost in the Andes." will be free on Kindle Wed. 6/20/2012
