His Hand

Just when I thought it was over, body afflicted, spirit broken unable to take anymore. Looking up but I can't clearly see what's directly in front of me. Pushed and pulled all at the same time. Overwhelmed in self-pity, Lord why me? What have I done to reap this place, filled with anguish and empty space. What can I do? Where can I go to hurt no more? To my knees, my face hit the floor that's where I find an open door. He loved me when I could not love myself. Took my hand and held it tight, "I love you, for you I gave my life". Feeling a love that my heart can barely take, a love that filled every empty space. A love with no limits that surpasses all pain. Now I know I have purpose and He has a plan. When I forget, I just look over and see His extending hand.

The Course

I'm stronger, wiser, better because of you. Determination is my formula, faith is my tool. It's been tough but not impossible to get this far. I've come across many trenches, kicked some stones, pushed my way through many closed doors. My responsibility is to remain skillful, alert and complete with dignity the course that has been set out before me. I can't look to the left or the right but ahead is where my destiny lies. Not easily brokened or swayed. I'm created and designed in Victory, it's how I was made.

I'm Not Running

As you look at me with intensity and strength, I'm taking back. Why do you stare at me as if we are old acquaintances? I'm not sure why you look upon me with such intimidation as if I will flee. As if I will gather up my things and leave. Yeah, we've battled before. Actually the last time you came to my door. But I see you decided to bring friends this time to help you bring me down. But see I too have friends that stay by my side and they would love nothing more than to take you down. You thought you would catch me off guard, comfortable, content or weak. But I have look outs that don't slumber or sleep. They have my front, side and back. So scram, get off my stoop and take your friends with you. And by the way, once again you lose!

I'm not a Victim, I'm Victorious

The word tells us that as Joseph sat in the cistern as his
brothers ate. You can be going through a valley experience
and it seems as if the haters are enjoying life with no remorse
or conscience as to your situation. Eventually Joseph was sold
for 20 pieces of silver to the Ishmaelites who were heading to Egypt. They did not even know that they were giving him a
lift toward his destiny. They were inadvertently participating
in his destiny, his purpose. He needed to be in Egypt, that’s
where his destiny was calling him to be. You might need to
thank the haters, and the doubters for the boost toward your purpose.

Perception

This situation is not a struggle, but a process. Once that it is received as a process and not a struggle, healing can take place. No longer bound by outside situations and circumstances, but assured that all things will work out for my good because I love the Lord. His word will stand against all odds, traditions, science, ideology, customs and curses. Despite what it looks, or feels like, just believe God. It may seem hard, but remember that the only difficulty that you may face is between His will and yours. You are already Victorious!

Breaking Family Ties

As children we are sponges soaking up everything from everyone around us creating a pattern and thought process as to how to handle ourselves as adults. We are told that hereditary diseases and mental illness are factors in our future. But I believe that when Christ came to set the captives free, He broke every chain, including hereditary. My DNA is now camouflaged under the blood of Jesus Christ. I am free to live a Healthy Kingdom Life because of the ultimate price He paid. Not bound by family curses or diseases but FREE!
