To all my friends, I am the crazy cat lady and the book worm. My voracious reading rotates between a joke and a slack-jawed awe. I keep piles of books sitting around (real books and Kindle files both) and always have a list compiled of what I still need to get read. I give all books a chance and find inspiration everywhere. If it wasn't for my father's need to instill imagination and reading in me, I don't think I would be the woman I am. Thanks, daddy, for making me turn off the television! ...more

“Don't be ashamed to weep; 'tis right to grieve. Tears are only water, and flowers, trees, and fruit cannot grow without water. But there must be sunlight also. A wounded heart will heal in time, and when it does, the memory and love of our lost ones is sealed inside to comfort us.”
Brian Jacques, Taggerung

“I have never listened to anyone who criticized my taste in space travel, sideshows or gorillas. When this occurs, I pack up my dinosaurs and leave the room.”

Jillian Thank you for friending me. I look forward to seeing what books you enjoy reading.

Heather ~*dread mushrooms*~ I love Nyx! I have the Amethyst Liquid Suede but I haven't tried any of the other colors yet. I like the electric blue color of their Macaron Lippie (until my child destroyed it, lol. I need a new one now).

That's amazing! ♥

Hot pink Liquid Suede by Nyx. Lol. My favorite brand of lipstick. And thanks so much. I have gone thru a big make over this year. Finally finding myself.

Nenia Campbell I LOVE Don Quixote! :D I had to read it for a Medieval Lit class in college, and I adored it. I've never liked a required read as much as I did that one. <3

Thanks for accepting my friend request! You seem like an awesome person, and your comments on our mutual friends' posts have given me many a lul.

Haha seriously? It really made me think. I was trying to come up with one favorite and I couldn't :)

Lisa Thanks for the friend request, Mallory. Maybe you could have added something like "chips" to the potato answer. :P
