From The Bottom of My Heart
I would just like to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has taken the most precious thing they possess, time, and reading my stories. I am humbled and motivated every time one of you guys leaves a review or rating. My heart swells with pride at the sheer thought of you guys enjoying something I've poured so much of myself into. I am a real person with a "real" job and writing is something I can't put down, no matter how much laundry there is to do or how much time I've spent at my day job. Thank you for being patient with me as well. I am still currently working on the sequel to Damaged and hope to have it out very soon!
I am sincerely grateful for each person who has invested their free time into supporting me as I try to satisfy my craving for writing....

Oh Sweet Progress!
“Well, that’s the deal I’m offering. Take it or fucking leave it. You said yourself I’m never getting out of here, so I don’t give a fuck what you do to me. I’m done.” Cain spat and hit the red button at the end of the table. “Fair enough. You’re choosing how comfortable you’ll be in here for the rest of your life. But I think I may go pay Ms. Easton a visit when I leave here. She’s been with you for the past five months and I’m sure she’s been privy to some pretty interesting pillow talk. If she cooperates, she can walk away from this disaster with nothing more than a bad taste in her mouth. If she refuses, I’m sure I can dig up enough to pin her as an accessory to some of your criminal activity. I’ll spin you two like a modern day Bonnie and Clyde.” He stood from the metal chair and buttoned his jacket. “Leave her out of this. If it’s my blood you want, you’ve got it. She has nothing to do with any of this.” His heart rate picked up.

Coming Out of Hiding...
To all of my readers,
I just want to take the time to thank you all for your patience as of late. Due to some personal turmoil in my own life, I haven't had much time to devote to telling the stories of my characters. I wanted to take the time to let you all know I have come out on the other side and am back to writing...and it feels so good. It's like the long lost friend I never knew I needed. My #1 priority is telling Cain and Julia's story for all of you who are waiting patiently to find out what I have in store for them. Secondly, I have decided to continue the Tainted Love Series and give Ethan his own story line per request from all of you who fell in love with the brute. Truthfully, I always toyed with giving him a storyline, but you guys confirmed it for me with the outpouring of love for the guy.
Thank you all again from the bottom of my writer's heart for being so supportive. I hope to repay you with some amazing stories and unforgettable characters :)

Happy Monday...
Because it's Monday and Mondays stink...I thought I'd share a little bit of Damage Control with you guys :)
“Some things never change, huh?” a man dressed in a black suit slid onto the stool next to Cain even though there were plenty of other stools available.
“I guess not.” Cain chuckled and sipped his coffee.
The man slid a five dollar bill across the counter to Bonnie and she returned with a cup of black coffee. His black hair was slicked back in a shell and his small green eyes narrowed when he watched Bonnie behind the bar.
“Stephen Foster.” The man extended his hand.
Cain didn’t offer his name, but still shook the man’s hand.
“Are you and your girlfriend just passing through?”
Cain nodded his head and sipped from his mug. “Yeah.”
Stephen took a sip from his own cup and shifted his body toward Cain. “Where are you guys headed?”
Cain’s senses sharpened and something about the man felt off.
“Nowhere in particular.”
“I’m sure you’ve got to be getting tired of the nomadic lifestyle. I mean, its been what, eight months now?” he raised an eyebrow.
Cain felt his stomach knot. “I’m sorry. Who are you again?”
“DEA Special Agent Stephen Foster. Let me just say this, you look good for a dead man.”

La La La...
I've been so busy in the last month that I've fallen behind on everything...except writing. A woman has to have her priorities, right? Cain and Julia's story is progressing nicely...with a couple of twists I didn't even see coming. I've had little flashes of inspiration for Ethan Sterling during mundane chores and I'm anxious to see where those may lead:) :) :)
