Rebecca loves a challenge; consequently, she worked as a Pastor, a Health Coach, a Massage Therapist, a Zumba Instructor, a musical theater Director/Producer, and a Writer – all at the same time!

She took on three, wildly different genres for her first three novels – a murder mystery at sea, a humorous look at sex and marriage, and a children’s chapter book on bullying (under the pen name, Becky Reilly). Rebecca's latest work is a non-fiction self-help manual for marital intimacy: Christian Sex and Marriage--It's Complicated.

As much as Rebecca loves sitting at her computer creating characters and universes for others to enjoy, she is happiest outside biking, hiking, kayaking, or cruising the Pacific.

Inspiration for specific characters bubbles and pops wherever I am! Sometimes, I see someone do something out of the ordinary at the grocery store and it sparks an idea. Sometimes a quirk in me, or someone I know, can develop into the basis for a character. Fortunately, there is so much good, so much evil, so much insanity in all of us that inspiration is not difficult to find. (less)
Rebecca Reilly Ideas flow fast and hard when I am in nature. I often take long trail walks to spark a dying creative ember.

Nice to meet you, Karen. We are created to be creative, so sticking to one genre for marketing sake might be smart--but stifling! I'm working on a non-fiction now! Looking forward to getting to know you!
