Video: A Word on Words, with John Seigenthaler
Hi folks,
I just uploaded a three-part video of my 2004 appearance on the Nashville public TV book show, "A Word on Words," with John Seigenthaler. It's a good discussion of "Dixie Lullaby" with one of those rare TV journalists who actually read the book from beginning to end and had his own anecdotes to add. Seigenthaler, for those who don't know, was a journalist and civil rights activist who was beaten unconscious and left in the street along with other activists during the Freedom Rides of the early '60s. I was honored to learn that he was a fan of my book. Check out his interview with me in the "videos" section on my profile page.
