Isabella Kung is an Illustrator/Author, Instructor and Professional Cat Cuddler in San Francisco. Growing up in Hong Kong, she would create her own narrative and draw over all her textbooks – anything to make the dull concrete world more colorful! She is delighted she still does both every day! She has won the Silver Medal in the Illustration West 56th Competition, a finalist in Spectrum 25, featured on the cover of SCBWI Bulletin and won Portfolio Best in Show at the SCBWI 2016 Golden Gate Conference. Isabella has illustrated for Candlewick Press, Committee for Children, P&H Publishing, 826 Valencia, Ladybug Magazine, and her debut picture book, No Fuzzball!, comes out in Summer 2020 by Orchard Books, Scholastic.
