It took a while, as these things do. My first proof book from CreateSpace for "Everyday Mysteries" looked good, except for the section opener font. That was clearly an everyday mystery! Both the pdf and digital proof were fine. But the i's in the titles were only partially there in the printed book. So my designer outlined the titles and made a few other tweaks to the final file.
