Sequels on the way....
Good news everyone!
I am most of the way through the sequel to the Other Side of the Mirror, which is hopefully coming out later this year with Rookery Press.
I'm also planning a sequel to cosy witchy ghosty Overdues and Occultism and a YA spin off in the same world. 2021 is apparently the year of the sequel. Keep an eye on this page to stay updated.

New book coming out soon
It's been a minute, but I'm about to publish two new books! One is still largely under wraps, but the other is Overdues and Occultism.
This book is part of the Witchy Fiction project was created as a reaction to Covid and shutdown, and 2020 in general. It's a collection of witchy novellas set in New Zealand. All with a little romance and a lot of heart

Overdues and Occultism comes out on Nov 9th, so preorder now <3
A witch in the broom closet probably shouldn't be so interested in a ghost hunter, right?
That Basil is a librarian comes as no surprise to his Mt Eden community. That he's a witch? Yeah. That might raise more than a few eyebrows.
When Sebastian, a pararnormal investigator filming a web series starts snooping around Basil's library, he stirs up more than just Basil's heart.
Between Basil's own self-doubt, a ghost who steals books and Sebastian, an enthusiastic extrovert bent on uncovering secrets, Basil's life is about to get a lot more complicated.

The Suburban Book of the Dead is an SJV finalist!
The finalists for the Sir Julius Vogel awards, New Zealand's science fiction awards were announced last night:
http://www.sffanz.org.nz/sjv/sjvFinal...
The Suburban Book of the Dead is nominated for Best Youth Novel!
The awards are voted by the Science Fiction society and awarded at Geysercon on Queen's Birthday weekend. (Friday 31st May – Sunday 2nd June 2019)
If you're local, I highly recommend attending Geysercon. I'll be appearing on a panel or two, and paperback copies of Suburban Book of the Dead will be available for purchase at the book fair all weekend.
