Born on a cold November day in 1987, Zahra was described by her parents as a little girl with an awfully large imagination.

She spent her grade school years penning stories and running a successful mom and pop lemonade stand. She was often seen wearing a red hat, always with a big idea in tow.

These days Zahra spends her time scribbling on napkins and imagining fantastical lands. When she’s not writing, she works as a communicator in Toronto.
