Illustrated Novels.
Hi. I've always loved illustrations in books, and I'm curious how many of you feel the same.
Do you have a favorite illustrated book or graphic novel? Do you like seeing specific scenes being depicted, or do you prefer an artsier approach?
I'm asking because I'm illustrating my novels, (roughly one per chapter) and wonder if I should maintain the same style and tone throughout, or if people appreciate, or maybe even prefer art that grows along with the story.
