a Proper Introduction
Good morning and hello! It’s autumn here in Australia and I’m actually having to wear a snuggly dressing gown and ugg boots as I write this. Some of the trees are starting to turn their leaves already and it’s only the first week of cooler weather. They, unlike me, do not appear to suffer from procrastination!
I’ve written on and off most of my life, but only recently started publishing the results. Six years ago I fell ill and decided it was high time I became serious about writing and finally got past chapter one! The three books currently available under my imprint are the first book in their own series. I became so carried away, I couldn’t pick which age group or genre to write about, and wrote one of each – adult crime/adventure, children’s general fiction and children’s fantasy fiction.
The fun part of writing for children (and having a great inner child to talk to!) is I write the kind of adventures I’d liked to have had when I was a child – not just ones I’d like to have read about.
I have a few projects on the go, but as mentioned, I am experiencing a long term illness which cramps my style somewhat! So in between resting, I’m writing more in the Novarmere series, editing the ones I’ve already written, starting a new, younger children’s series, and looking at a scifi novel – my first in that genre and who knows where it will end?
In the meantime, I have a new book coming out soon – it is getting itself a jacket and then it will proudly sit beside the others. This one – called ‘Listening to Echoes of her Self’ – is a standalone adult novel, a third person fictional biography.
I’ll also try to answer any questions in this blog, from here, Twitter and Facebook, LinkedIn or by letter – but as I write for children, please keep comments and critiques and questions PG for all viewers’ sakes!
Thank you

Books Books Books!
Just a quick blog post to keep you up to date with the happenings on my book list.
Firstly – I have published a fictional memoir called ‘Listening to Echoes of her Self’ which is now available in ebook form as well as paperback. A 90 year old woman’s recollections on her life and how she became the person she is.
But also - the best news possible: I have a fabulous illustrator who is doing such a marvellous job on the Novarmere Quartet I can hardly thank him enough. If you look at my list of books either on Good Reads or Amazon, you can see ‘The Candlestick Dragon’ cover has been updated in the new style and that – ta-da! - book two in the Chronicles of Novarmere is now available!
Currently it is only on Kindle, but within the next 4-5 weeks, I hope to have the paperback version out! Thank you to everyone who has been pushing me concerning a release date. It is very exciting to see the Novarmere Quartet slowly coming out so you can continue to follow Daniel’s adventures in his new land. Keep an eye out for the paperback, and I’ll keep you posted as well.

Paperback out now!
A quick post just to let you know that not only is Book Two of The Chronicles of Novarmere Series 'Hunt for the Last Wizard' out on Kindle, it is now out in paperback, available online from all kinds of sources, most notably, Amazon!
Thank you to all those who have been waiting patiently and asking me quietly - when can I get the next one? - it is here.
And a great thanks to everyone involved in getting the paperback online, it takes a village.... :)
Am working on book three, so I'd better go!

Coming Soon! Quick! Catch up on Daniel's Adventures
This is just a timely note to let you know that Book 3 of the Chronicles of Novarmere: Dark Wizard Series is coming soon! With more magic and danger, Novarmere itself is in deadly peril - while Daniel struggles with the legacy of the Glass Sea.
Book 3: 'Dragon Magic' is currently in the final stages of production and will be available in e-format on Kindle platform and in paperback form by the end of September.
Which is a rather large promise to make seeing as I haven't seen the proof yet! :)I shall keep you up-to-date should anything happen to this deadline!
I am forever hopeful that nothing will stand in the way of the next step in Daniel's adventure, because we did leave our hero and his friends at a rather delicate place in book 2.
If you haven't caught up yet, check out the hunt for Poe in https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
available both on Kindle and in paperback format.
If 'Dragon Magic' sounds like your kind of book - with wizards and dragons and time-running-out seat of your pants kind of action for ages 11-15 - and you haven't met Daniel or his friend the little dragon Nilofar, dive into Novarmere here: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
And good luck! You never know what you'll find in Novarmere.
