The Universe Is Waiting for You to Be You
Hi friend! I would like to take a moment today to acknowledge the gift of you being here on this planet in this lifetime.
Being and exploring everything you are.
You often get crap for being the weirdo, the strange one, you think you somehow don’t belong, and you that’s true – you don’t belong in a reality of judgment and meanness. You don’t belong in a reality of poverty. It’s not yours. The power that you have is so immense that you can function in a reality that is not yours, oftentimes better than those for whom it is their reality.
But until you access you, there’s an up and down. There seems to be this hole that feels like it can never be filled.
What about, from today, no matter what it looks like and no matter what it takes, you choose to receive the acknowledgement of you, the access to you and of you, and the gift that it truly is to be you beyond anything you’ve ever fathomed?
You see, your beauty is something that goes beyond reality itself. There’s no validation for the beauty of you that exists in this current reality. But the beauty you are exists because you are being beyond that reality.
So to look for validation, to look for the reason and justification that you’re not wrong, to look for inclusion in a reality, even full of people that is so much smaller and less than you is inappropriate.
To be acknowledged and invited to being oneness with the universe, doing oneness with all of the elements, the generative elements and the elementals… That is more what is true for you.
So everything you’ve done to dynamically invalidate the being, the beautiful being, the potent, the kind. Inclusionary being you are – will you say yes to something completely fucking different now? No matter what it looks like. No matter what it takes, no matter what it changes, no matter who and what you gain and no matter who and what you lose for you, incredibly beautiful being.
Thank you for being. And what if you truly being you are the gift, the change, and the possibility this world requires?
Let’s have way more fun on the journey than any of us are supposed to.
Let’s have way more fun than any of us have allowed so far, and let’s acknowledge that now is our space.
That there’s enough consciousness that has been melded into this reality to truly allow us to access the symphony of possibilities – with the convergence of possibilities that the universe is.
If you’d like to dive even more into this energy, please watch the video below!
Grateful for you!

What If You Allowed Yourself To Receive Everything? | Tour of Consciousness
Hi my friend! What are you resisting in your life right now that, if you lowered your barriers and allowed yourself to be present with it, could actually be a gift?
I’m here at Uluru, one of the most dynamically different, nurturing places I’ve ever been; and I made some new friends. Flies.
And before you go, “Nope, I’m out”… stay with me. Because something interesting happened.
Instead of resisting them, instead of pushing them away, I asked: “What are you being? What gift are you that I’m not receiving?” And everything changed.
What felt annoying…became light, a contribution. Something I could actually enjoy.
Watch the latest Tour of Consciousness video below to hear more about it…
One thing we’re really good at as humans is rejecting receiving. We reject the gift of us, the gift of the world, and the very things that could make our lives richer, more alive, more joyful.
And what if it didn’t have to be that way? What if you allowed yourself to receive more, from people, from the world, from everything around you?
How much richer could your life be?
How much more alive could you feel?
What if it’s time to stop living in a tiny box, and start saying yes to something greater?
Grateful for you!

Things I Would Say To My Younger Self
Hi friend! Do you ever wish you could talk to your younger self? Offer them nuggets of wisdom and clues from what you now know?
If I could go back and sit with my younger self, I wouldn’t lecture him.
I’d just gently offer these reminders.
Because he was doing his best.
And so are you.
(Also I’d save him from the beans. You’ll understand when you get to #7.)
1. Being serious doesn’t make things work.
It just makes you miserable while they don’t work.
2.Most of what’s going through your head isn’t even yours.
You’re not thinking, you’re perceiving.
3.Making yourself smaller doesn’t make other people feel better.
It just makes the both of you feel worse.
4.You are allowed to laugh at yourself.
Honestly, please start sooner – it changes everything.
5.The thing you keep trying to fix about yourself?
That’s actually the most interesting thing about you.
6.You already know what’s true.
It’s the thing that makes you lighter when you think about it.
7.Also, do not buy four shopping carts of beans for Y2K. I promise you, the world is not ending.
The beans are not the answer. They never are.
What would you go back and tell your younger self?
(For the skeptics: Even if you feel like you can’t actually talk to your younger self, what if you give it a try and see how it goes?)
Save this for the days you forget. And if someone comes to mind… give it wings and share?
Grateful for you!

All of Life Comes to Me with Ease and Joy and Glory – And A Challenge | Tour of Consciousness
Ever notice how the simplest tools are the ones we forget first? Yeah… same.
“All of life comes to me with ease, and joy, and glory” was one of my go-to tools for years.
Then somewhere along the way, after tool after tool and process after process, it kind of ended up gathering dust on a shelf. Until Gary reminded me. And I went, “Oh. Right. This one.”
So I started using it again. And holy moly… I remembered why I loved it.
Watch the latest Tour of Consciousness video below for more!
So here’s your invitation: 30 days. 100 times a day. “All of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory.” That’s the challenge.
And before you say, “That’s a lot”… we just did it together in minutes.
Let’s increase the ease, the joy, the glory, the magic.
And beautiful you, what if you truly being you is the gift this world requires?
Grateful for you!

Why Your Intuition Is the Only Dating Advice You’ll Ever Need
Ah, February 14th just came and went. For many in the Western hemisphere, it was a day filled with the usual relentless bombardment of pink hearts, romantic comedies, and societal pressure to “find your person” or solidify your “relationship status.”
And if you’re single, or if your current relationship isn’t quite the fairy tale depicted in those commercials, that lingering energy can still feel like a giant spotlight shining on everything you think you’re “doing wrong.”
What if you’re not wrong—what if you were just never taught how to date? Not in a way that actually works, anyway, a way that truly involves you.
Curious? If yes, I go into this in more depth in an article I wrote recently for Brainz Magazine!
So, my friend, what if your target for your next date (and every date!) were simply to go, be truly you, and have fun regardless of what is going on for the other person?
Until we meet again!

When Control Kills Your Magic (And How Being You Brings It Back)
How much of your life have you spent trying to get you “right”?
The right thoughts. Right feelings. Right reactions. Right level of not being too much and not being too weird.
We’re trained that the only safe way to exist is to control everything about us—our words, our bodies, our money, our emotions—so maybe, maybe, we’ll finally get to relax and feel okay.
Except… do you ever actually get to relax?
And have you noticed that the more you control, the smaller your world gets?
You contract yourself to fit into everyone else’s expectations and call that “being responsible” or “being realistic.”
But inside, it feels like a slow suffocation.
So what if the gift of being you is not control at all?
What if the gift of being you is the *space* where magic is finally allowed to show up?
Out of Control Sparks Magic
Let me give you an example.
Think of a time where you asked for something and it just showed up.
The right person at the right time.
Money from an unexpected place.
An opportunity you didn’t plan for and couldn’t have scheduled into your calendar if you tried.
It was glorious. It felt like the universe had your back in a way you couldn’t explain.
That was you being. That was also you being *out of control*.
You weren’t micromanaging the “how.”
You weren’t obsessively tracking whether you deserved it.
You weren’t trying to figure out if it fit your five‑year plan.
You asked, you were present, you allowed yourself to have more space than conclusion… and it showed up.
That’s what I mean by magic. Not fantasy, not wishful thinking.
The kind of magic where life actually works with you when you’re not strangling it with your need to control.
Control and magic don’t coexist.
The more you try to control, the less room there is for anything unexpected, miraculous, or beyond your current understanding.
Being Has No Sense of Contraction
So how do you know if you’re doing control?
One of the easiest ways to tell the difference between being you and controlling you is this:
Control always has contraction.
Being always has space.
Control feels like:
– Tightness in your body
– Heavy “I have to figure this out”
– Needing to get it right
– Constant scanning for what’s wrong with you
Being feels like:
– More room to breathe
– Lighter in your world
– Less significance, more curiosity
– You don’t care as much about stupid, small stuff
Being is not an emotion. It’s not even a feeling.
It’s a space that’s *lighter* than feelings—a sense of ease, of “this works” without needing to explain why.
When you’re being you, you’re not standing over yourself with an invisible clipboard, monitoring and correcting every impulse you have.
Ideas just pop into your head.
You follow the energy.
You choose.
You’re not stuck on the sidelines trying to control every possible outcome before you even take a step.
We often think “being me” should have some special spiritual glow around it.
Halo, angels, harp music, all of that.
It usually doesn’t look like that. It’s much more ordinary and way more practical than most people expect.
You’re being more you when:
– You have less stress in an area that used to consume you
– You wake up happier for no apparent reason
– You have a sense of generosity—toward you, toward others, toward life
– You no longer make stupid stuff (other people’s judgments, minor problems, old stories) deeply relevant
Notice none of that is about getting the right mindset or achieving enlightenment. It’s about more space, less tightness, and a lot less drama.
If you start acknowledging those moments—“Oh, I’m being more me here”—you begin to build an awareness of what being is for *you*.
Not as an idea, but as something you actually live.
Letting Go of Control (The Kind That’s Killing You)
By the way, this isn’t about abandoning awareness or never planning anything again. Please don’t sell your calendar and blame me.
It’s about letting go of the control that stops you from being you.
You can start simply by asking:
– “Where am I trying to control myself right now?”
– “If I didn’t have to get this right, what would I choose?”
– “What else is possible here that I haven’t considered?”
Notice your body when you ask those. Sometimes just asking the question creates a little more space, a little less tightness.
That’s you tapping into being, even if only for a moment.
The more you choose that space, the more you discover that being you isn’t dangerous.
It’s actually where your ease, your weirdness, your joy, your creativity—and yes, your magic—live.
So here’s the invitation:
What if your life didn’t have to be about controlling everything to avoid being wrong?
What if your life could be about exploring what shows up when you let more of you out?
Next time you notice yourself contracting to get something “right,” pause and ask:
“Am I being me right now, or am I trying to control me?”
And then, just for a moment, let some of that control go. See what changes in the space that opens up.
You might discover that being you is far more powerful—and far more fun—than controlling you ever was.
Until we meet again!

From Fixing To Being: Your New Reality
Hi friend! How much of your life has been about trying to fix a problem that never seems to go away?
The money thing that’s been there for years, the relationship pattern, the constant background noise of “I should have this figured out by now.”
What if your life was never meant to be a project of problems to solve, but an exploration of possibilities to choose?
And what if the one thing you’ve been avoiding—being more of you—is actually the key to changing what you haven’t been able to fix so far ?
When Problems Become Your Identity
You see, from the time you were little, I can bet you were trained that if something isn’t working, you need to: focus on it harder, think about it more, worry about it more, and judge yourself for not getting it right yet.
“Look at the problem. Figure it out. Fix it.”
Here’s the difficulty: the more you make something significant — “This money thing, this relationship thing, this world thing, this trauma thing” — the less capacity you actually have to choose something different.
You’re not wrong for doing that. You’ve just been entrained to believe that intensity of focus equals change. But intensity of focus on a problem usually just creates more of the problem, right?
A Different Question: From Doing to Being
Most people seem to approach these long‑standing issues like this: “What can I do today to change this?”
They keep asking, they keep doing, and when it doesn’t change fast enough, they decide, “See? Nothing works. I’m still wrong.”
You use those feelings to prove how real and solid the problem is. You’re trying to change it from the same energy that created it. That’s like trying to clean mud… with more mud.
So what else is possible here?
Instead of: “What can I do to change this?” – try this: “What can I be that will allow this to change?”
Notice there’s a different space in that question?
It’s not about sitting on the couch doing nothing; it’s about shifting the energy you’re functioning from, rather than wrestling with the surface of the situation.
What you vibrate like, you get. If you’re vibrating like struggle, wrongness, and intensity, you call in more of that.
If you start being more of you—the lighter, happier, less contracted you—what can show up that literally couldn’t find you before?
When you ask, “What can I be that would allow this to change?” you invite a space where possibilities can find you, instead of you chasing solutions from judgment.
A Different Question for Your Life
So, let me leave you with this: What if your life were not about the struggle to overcome problems? What if your life were about the enjoyment of the moment and the creation of more every single day?
You may not be able to fully picture that yet. That’s okay. It’s still a possibility. You just have to be willing to start asking different questions.
Not: “What’s wrong with me and how do I fix it?”
But: “What can I be that will allow this to change?” and “What can I choose that I’ve never imagined possible?”
If you started there, today, what space could open up in your world that has never existed before?
Until we meet again!

Is Now The Time To Awaken The Consciousness You Are?
Hi friend! This moment on the planet is unlike anything we have known. The old rules are cracking, and what used to hold everything in place no longer quite fits.
In times like these, the world does not need us to get smaller or more afraid. It needs us to be the difference we truly are, to awaken the consciousness within us, and to live beyond the limitations we have been taught are “reality.”
More consciousness is what actually creates the change the Earth is asking for. And it begins in the most surprising place: with you, simply being you
Being You: The Ground Of ChangeYears ago, I wrote a book called Being You, Changing the World. One of its core ideas is that what you are willing to be changes everything — your life, and the world around you.
• What you are willing to be is the fertile ground for what becomes possible.
• What you are willing to be is what begins the change of every reality.
• What you are willing to be is the gift you offer to the world, often far beyond what you have ever acknowledged.
Being is not a definition, a role, or a program you have to get right. Being is an exploration.
You discover what you be in those moments when you choose something different. You are about to yell, and instead you pause, get quiet, ask a question. You are about to make yourself wrong to fit in, and instead you choose what makes you lighter.
(Oh, and that sense of lightness? That’s you. That’s your being. Anything that makes you lighter is where you are functioning from your being; anything that makes you heavy is usually you trying to be someone or something you’re not.)
Tools, Tiny Choices, And A Different Reality
Being the creator of a different possibility — for you and for the world — does not mean you’re perfect, happy 24/7, or never wobbled by life. It means that, even in the middle of the wobble, you remember: Wait. I have choices. I have tools.
You start asking: “What tool can I use to change this?” and “What can I choose that would make this lighter?”
If you choose just one thing a day that makes you lighter, your reality begins to shift. Those tiny choices accumulate; they elevate the quality of your life and your awareness that you are never actually stuck.
You move from being at the effect of this reality to being someone who can affect reality — with your presence, your questions, your choices, and your willingness to be different.
Walking As The Gift You Are
As you keep using these tools and choosing more of what makes you lighter, something else starts to show up. You become more aware of the energies you are part of, the spaces you contribute to, and the Earth that is quietly receiving from you all the time.
You begin to walk through the world differently. You be different. The way you enter a room, touch a tree, speak to a stranger, or breathe in the morning air starts to change the space around you.
This is where you start to recognize yourself as a gift — the gift I have always seen you as, the gift anyone who does not judge you can perceive, but that you may not yet have fully allowed yourself to know.
As that awareness grows, your life changes. Your sense of being alive changes. You start to perceive that together, being who we truly are, we can change anything — even the basis of reality — and create something far greater than what currently exists.
If, right now, you feel lighter than when you began reading this, or you sense a soft opening of possibilities, that’s us. That’s the space we are being together. Change can be that fast.
What if we keep being that space, that energy, that consciousness — and acknowledge that our being it is already changing everything?
Until we meet again!

Holiday Overwhelm? Here’s How to Shift It Fast | Tour of Consciousness with Dr Dain Heer
Ahhh… the holidays. A magical time. A stressful time. A people-y time.
Have you noticed how the holidays seem to amplify everything? Family dynamics. Old patterns. Emotional reactions you thought you were “over.”
And somehow… everyone else’s moods, expectations, and projections too.
Here’s the thing: Just because other people live in a weird, charged, emotionally intense holiday reality…does not mean you have to.
What if this season could be different?

The Festive Miracle You Actually Need
Buckle up, buttercup!
We are approaching that time of year again. Depending on where you are in the world, the signals might look different. Maybe it’s the twinkling lights and looping carols, or perhaps it’s the frenetic energy of year-end deadlines, the chaotic rush of travel, or the impending gathering of extended families.
Have you ever walked into a family gathering or a busy airport feeling ridiculously happy, vibrating at a high frequency, excited for what’s to come? And then BAM, you cross the threshold. Your father makes a comment about politics, your partner stresses about money, or you simply step into a crowded room, and poof, your happiness vanishes.
If you’ve ever wondered why this occurs (especially at those times of year when you’re told you’re supposed to be ‘happy!’), I wrote about it in a recent article for Brainz Magazine.
Give these tools a real go this season. Use them in the chaos, in the quiet moments, and everywhere in between. You may be surprised by how quickly the heaviness lifts when you stop owning what was never yours. And who knows, you might just discover that the miracle you were waiting for was actually you, all along.
Until we meet again!
