In 1994 I received a teaching empowerment as a Buddhist monk, so I went out and started sharing what I knew about meditation. Over the years, my teachings developed into a system we call Trikaya Buddhism. If you enjoy learning through a story, you'll like my first book, Worlds of Power, Worlds of Light. If you like exercises and steps, you'll enjoy Peace with Pain. Although Peace with Pain is written for people like me who live with chronic pain, it can benefit anyone who wants a brighter, happier life. The Awkward Years was written for my nieces and nephews, but many of my adult fans found the advice in it is relevant for them too!
